1. Position : English Instructor for the Foreign Language Training Program (D-4-7)
2. Application Period : February 20, 2026 (Fri) ~ Open until filled
3. Process
① Document Screening * Announcement of First-Round Results: Individual notification will
be sent to successful applicants.
② Interview (In-person Interview) * Interview details will be announced only to first-round successful applicants.
※ Attendance at the Institute’s orientation (OT) is mandatory for final successful candidates, and no allowance will be paid for OT attendance.
※ The recruitment schedule may be changed depending on internal circumstances.

5. Qualifications
– Basic Qualifications
∎ Native Instructor (Applicants must meet both requirements ① & ②)
① Citizens of English-speaking countries (e.g., the U.S., U.K., Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland) holding a bachelor’s degree or higher from a university in their country of origin.
※ Applicants who are nationals of countries where English is an official language may also apply, provided they have prior teaching experience.
② Applicants must hold an E-2 visa or a visa that allows employment as a foreign language conversation instructor without restrictions.
∎ Korean Instructor
① Applicants who hold a TESOL certificate and have obtained a bachelor’s degree or higher in an English-related field from a domestic or overseas university.
– Preferred Qualifications
① Minimum of three (3) years of experience in English instruction for foreign students.
② Holders of a degree in Linguistics or Education.
③ Experience in online English teaching and online promotional activities
④ Excellent English proficiency(TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 100+, TEPS 830+, IELTS 7.0+).
⑤ Preference will be given to applicants who can teach at Mokwon University three or more times per week.
6. Employment Period and Conditions
① Employment Period : From the official start date of teaching after final selection until the end of the semester.
② Type of Contract: Lecture Service Agreement
③ Compensation will be determined and paid based on the internal fee standards of the International Education Center, Mokwon University.
7. Required Documents
① Application Form(designated format)
② Copy of the Final Degree Certificate
③ Copy of TESOL Certificate(if applicable)
④ Copies of Passport and Alien Registration Card(for foreign applicants only)
⑤ Certificate of Employment (if applicable)
⑥ Copies of language proficiency certificates and other relevant teaching certificates (if applicable)
⑦ Lesson Plan : Prepare a 10-minute speaking lesson based on the topic provided below for intermediate-level English learners.
– Topic : Talk about a leisure activity you did when you were a child. You should say: How long you did it, or have been doing it for
⑧ Demo Lesson Video: Applicants must submit a 5-minute demo lesson video corresponding to the lesson plan in Item ⑦.
※ Class assignments will be made based on the availability indicated in the applicant’s application form.
※ Any item without supporting documents will be excluded from the evaluation.
※ Submitted documents will not be returned, and acceptance may be revoked if any false information is found.
※ Acceptance may be cancelled if a criminal background check reveals a history of sexual offenses among final successful candidates.
※ Photographs must have been taken within the past three (3) months.

9. Notes
Instructors recruited through this notice are not considered lecturers under the Higher Education Act and will provide instruction pursuant to a lecture service agreement; therefore, the Institute’s employment rules and personnel policies do not apply.
